Maximum co-operation between the parents and the school authorities is
necessary for securing all that is the best in the education of the child.
- Parents are requested to check the school diary regularly and sign the
occasional report and notices from the teachers, as a proof that they have
read them.
- Children should do their home work by themselves. lt is important that the
children develop a habit of studying working on their own.
- Criticism of a teacher should be avoided in the presence of the child because it
undermines respect for the teachers and the school. If you have a legitimate
complaint, meet the Principal.
- Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or
meet their teacher, during school hours without the prior permission of the
Principal. They are requested to bring their complaints directly to the Principal
and not to any member of the staff.
- lt may also be understood that the school will take all possible care and
precautions to safe-guard the children when they are in school campus.
However the school will not be responsible for any mishap beyond its control i n
the school.
- The teachers will be present in the school on the last Saturday of the month
from 8.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon meet the parents of their students. Parents
should make it a point to take this opportunity to discuss the progress of their
children. No special intimation will be given in this regard.
- Parents are particularly expected to sign progress reports, monthly tests or
any other similar document when so requested. Failure to do so may put the
child to great inconvenience. Parents are requested to take an active and
helpful interest in the activities of the school.
- Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in enforcing
regularity and discipline. At the same time they are requested not to interfere i n
the matters of other children and punish them.
