The spirit of leadership filled the air at St. Mary’s Convent School, Kasauli on 6th May 2025 as the school hosted its much-awaited Investiture Ceremony for the new academic session 2025-26. It was a proud and memorable day where the newly elected student council officially took charge of their duties.
The event began with the school band playing a lively tune as they led the grand march. Ms. Rupali, Ms. Sapna, Ms Suman and Mr Naveen escorted the honourable Principal, Rev. Sr. Tesvin SD, and Vice Principal, Sr. Seema, Sr. Jomy and Sr Ranjana to the stage. The ceremony was filled with excitement and pride as students and teachers, gathered to witness the young leaders step into their roles.
A total of 22 students were elected, including Head Boy Hitesh Panwar and Head Girl Moulika Verma, along with House Captains and Club Leaders. With heads held high and hearts full of purpose, they marched forward to receive their badges and sashes, symbols of honour and trust. The moment turned truly powerful as they raised their right hands and took a solemn oath, pledging to serve the school with sincerity, courage, and compassion. The air was charged with pride as they vowed to uphold the noble school motto, “FOR GOD AND COUNTRY”. stepping into leadership not just as a title, but as a promise to inspire and uplift those around them.
The Principal congratulated the young leaders and reminded them to be fair, responsible, and kind. She encouraged them to lead by example and to always do their best for the school community.
The ceremony ended with the School Song, filling everyone with pride and hope for a bright and successful year ahead.
